You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll train new recruits and manage daily operations while helping to meet sales targets. This role lets you combine your fandom knowledge with retail leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to drive customer loyalty
• Open and close the store, including register operations
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support loss prevention and maintain stock room organization

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
