🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Architects.
• Own end-to-end data architecture for implementations.
• Define reference architectures and migration playbooks.
• Design SOPs and tools for scalable data work.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in data architecture or data engineering.
• 3+ years managing data-focused teams.
• Strong practical experience with relational data modeling.
• Proven success leading data migration in SaaS implementations.

• Experience with commercial contracting businesses.
• Hands-on experience with accounting/ERP systems.
• Familiarity with modern data tooling (dbt, SQL warehouses).
