🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute quarterly regional customer events and activities
  • Manage budget and yearly roadmap to meet engagement goals
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level and key decision makers
  • Support clients to maximize platform usage and value

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in customer experience or related field
  • Fluent professional French and English
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Monday, and Marketo
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for regional events
