You'll own the full growth loop between how Oleria gets found and trusted, building organic discovery through SEO, AEO, and content performance while amplifying it via community and social channels. You'll drive qualified engagement from these channels as a meaningful source of pipeline.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily priorities for the Bangalore marketing hub.
• Develop AI-generated content workflows for blogs, social, and community.
• Monitor and optimize brand presence in AI answer engines.
• Execute LinkedIn and Reddit strategy to build community engagement.

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years in SEO/content marketing and social/community building in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with SEMrush, Google Search Console, and analytics tools.
• Experience building community programs or audience-building initiatives from scratch.
• Strong writing skills for both long-form and social content.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise B2B content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools like Surfer SEO or Clearscope.
• Experience with programmatic SEO or content-at-scale approaches.
