🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor daily performance of installation and production employees and subcontractor crews
• Ensure consistent communication with crews and customers to execute contracts
• Maintain quality control from product ordering through installation
• Perform general hiring and terminations of installers and subcontractors

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of Residential Remodeling experience with replacement windows
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Experience resolving conflict
