Description

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, sourcing and engaging passive candidates, partnering with hiring managers, and improving recruiting processes to rapidly scale a defense technology company.

Requirements

• 2+ years full lifecycle technical recruiting in hardware or engineering (electrical, mechanical, software, embedded)
• Proven track record building partnerships with engineering teams
• Data-driven problem-solving mindset
• Experience managing high volume req-load
• Ability to think critically in fast-paced ambiguous environment

• Own full recruitment lifecycle including job descriptions and evaluation processes
• Creatively source candidates and build diverse pipeline
• Craft personalized outreach to engage passive talent
