Description

You will lead the technical strategy and architecture of our next-generation internal developer platform with an AI-first approach, elevating developer experience through AI-enabled tooling. Collaborate across teams to drive innovation in AI-assisted developer productivity, mentor engineers, and influence adoption of best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Expertise in AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Windsurf, Cursor), infrastructure (e.g., MCP, AWS Bedrock, RAGs, vector databases), and agent frameworks (e.g., Langchain, Langgraph, CrewAI).
• Experience with cloud environment (AWS), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and service meshes (Istio, Envoy).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Go, Python, Java, Kotlin).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for architecture and delivery of AI-enabled SDLC tools covering plan, code, test, build, deploy, observe, and remediate.
• Serve as strategic technical advisor to leadership, influencing roadmap and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive innovation in AI-assisted developer productivity flows.
• Ensure operational excellence including observability strategy, SLOs, and incident resolution.
• Mentor engineers across the Platform organization to enhance technical capabilities.
