💼 About This Role

You'll support students with special needs in the ASD Resource Room at Dwight Rich School of the Arts. Your relationships with students will ensure a safe, welcoming learning environment. This role offers opportunities to grow through feedback and professional development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Demonstrate passion for working with students one on one and in small groups
• Effectively prioritize tasks assigned by teachers and school leaders
• Ensure safety of students on caseload
• Build relationships with students and parents

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree or 60 completed college credits or passing the ETS Paraprofessional Exam

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience working with students in small group and RTI settings
• Understanding of how to read and understand a student's IEP
• Desire to become a certified teacher long term
