Description

You will work closely with senior staff to deliver transportation projects, independently execute design tasks, mentor junior staff, and interact with clients and stakeholders to ensure projects remain under budget and on schedule. This hybrid role is based in Franklin or Nashville, TN.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of diverse and progressive civil transportation design experience
• Licensed PE in TN or able to obtain within one year
• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience with public agencies, private entities, and/or municipalities
• Progressive experience with developing plans, specifications, and submissions per DOT standards
• Excellent communication and client relation skills
• Strong organizational skills with track record for adhering to design budgets and schedules
• Advanced use of MicroStation and Geopak
• OpenRoads Designer experience a plus
• Assure compliance with project CADD standards
• Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in complete and reviewable manner

Responsibilities

• Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events
