🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead leadership development programs for manager to senior levels.
• Translate talent review insights into targeted development pathways and cohorts.
• Diagnose and develop organizational capabilities like AI fluency and collaboration.
• Manage external vendors, coaches, and learning tools for program delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in learning and development or organizational development.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with capability data.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Adult Education, or Business.

• 7+ years progressive experience in regulated environments.
• Master's degree in OD or related field.
