🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build stateful, end-to-end systems with data integrity
• Ship incremental, production-ready features in days
• Act as technical product lead for core platform areas
• Partner with Product and Support to translate user pain points into solutions

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering
• Experience designing large-scale, stateful architectures
• Expertise in distributed transactions and multi-step workflows
• Reliability-first mindset with observability and fault tolerance

• Experience with financial or compliance-related operations
• Knowledge of caching, queueing, and rate-limiting patterns
