Description

You will lead a world-class machine learning team to develop safe and secure agentic and perception capabilities for defense systems. You'll drive strategy for deploying AI on embedded warfighting compute, manage ML engineers and researchers, and partner with frontier AI labs to advance autonomy in embedded hardware.

Requirements

• Management experience leading and growing AI/ML teams
• Experience deploying AI technologies into classified, air-gapped environments
• Expertise in deep learning and generative AI (agents, vision-language-action models)
• Strong programming skills
• Eligible to obtain and maintain U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions
• Leverage defense robotics data to develop cutting-edge AI capabilities
