You'll hire, train, and scale a team of SDRs to drive top-of-funnel pipeline at a high-growth conversational AI startup. You'll build a culture of excellence, collaborating with GTM leadership to refine outreach strategies. This role offers the chance to define the sales development motion for industry-defining enterprises.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale a team of 6-10 BDRs
  • Hire and train new SDRs on product and tools
  • Manage quota performance and daily activities
  • Develop career plans through 1:1 mentoring

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years leading a sales development team in SaaS
  • 1-3+ years quota-carrying sales experience as an IC
  • Proficient in Salesforce and email/call automation
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing and RevOps

✨ Nice to Have

  • 1-3+ years personal closing experience in full cycle SaaS
  • Experience prospecting to Fortune 500 accounts
  • History of building at a high-growth startup
