Description

You will build and own the operational infrastructure that enables 1,500 people to adopt AI tools effectively while managing risk. This includes governance frameworks, tool evaluations, policy development, vendor coordination, and adoption tracking—turning 'we should use AI' into 'we're using AI effectively.'

Requirements

• 3-5+ years technical program management or product operations at tech companies
• Strong operational instincts: build processes and frameworks
• Excel at stakeholder management and presenting to executives
• Navigate legal, privacy, and security considerations around new technology
• Data-driven: track metrics, analyze trends, use data to inform strategy

Responsibilities

• Own change management: design adoption campaigns, identify blockers, create enablement resources
• Own AI governance: triage privacy questions, coordinate tool evaluations, develop policy frameworks
• Build operational infrastructure: create processes, document decisions, track adoption metrics and ROI
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and HR
• Create dashboards and playbooks that scale across a distributed organization
