You'll join Motive's founding sales team in Mexico, selling a unified platform for physical operations to enterprise clients. Your core impact will be building the sales organization and closing large, complex deals. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategies in a new market with strong product-market fit.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Prospect and win new business by developing strong relationships with key prospects
- Thrive in a performance-based environment, consistently exceeding KPI targets
- Partner with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks and processes
- Provide recommendations based on prospect business needs and negotiate contract terms
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments
- Experience developing strong relationships across functions and influencing key decision makers
- Ability to work 3 to 6-month sales cycles with annual revenue per deal in six-figure range
- Commitment to outbound prospecting, managing, and closing deals
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience selling into trucking, oil gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance, or safety
- Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack
