🎯 What You'll Do

• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Finance, and Product
• Establish and report on Technology Operations KPIs to executive leadership
• Direct long-term evolution of technology architecture and multi-year roadmaps
• Lead and scale a high-performing organization of managers and individual contributors

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or 4+ years commensurate work experience
• 10+ years of professional experience in technology strategy or operations
• 7+ years of experience building and developing high-performing technical teams
• Demonstrated expertise in using data (e.g., Excel, SQL) to influence decisions
