💼 About This Role

You'll develop and administer the BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC Compliance Program for Affirm Bank, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations. You'll provide enterprise-wide oversight of financial crime compliance, including risk assessments and regulatory reporting. This role is a key leadership position at a fintech company with a strong culture of compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain BSA/AML/CFT/OFAC compliance program
• Conduct BSA/AML/CFT and OFAC risk assessments
• Oversee transaction monitoring and suspicious activity detection
• Coordinate independent testing and remediation of findings
• Serve as primary regulatory liaison with FDIC and FinCEN

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years of BSA/AML/CFT compliance experience in financial institution
• 3+ years in a management or leadership role
• Expert knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, FinCEN guidance
