Description

You will drive the strategy and execution for Klaviyo's Customer Agent AI product, owning the full lifecycle from brand onboarding to live customer interactions. You'll work with engineering, design, and AI/ML teams to build intuitive experiences that make it easy for brands to deploy and improve AI agents, while ensuring high-quality, trustworthy interactions for end consumers.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of product management experience with AI/ML products
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and agent architectures
• Proven ability to design high-quality UX for complex products
• Experience building growth-oriented product experiences
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and data scientists

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision and roadmap for Customer Agent experience
• Design end-to-end onboarding experience for AI agent setup
• Build intuitive configuration systems for agent setup and deployment
• Develop growth loops and activation strategies to drive adoption
• Partner with AI/ML teams to shape agent behavior and performance
