💼 About This Role

You'll provide personal care and companionship to adults in their homes, helping them stay safe and independent. You'll follow a written care plan to assist with activities of daily living. Training is available for certification.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders and vital sign checks

📋 Requirements

• Current CHHA license listed in good standing
• Minimum one year work experience
• Ability to travel to clients' homes

• Previous home health care or patient care experience
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills
