You'll rebuild and scale the payment product for Binance's LATAM expansion, focusing on localization and growth. Your core impact is defining product architecture and improving merchant/user experience to drive real business growth. This role goes beyond features, requiring direct engagement with local users and merchants.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive localization and growth of payment products in LATAM.
• Define end-to-end product architecture for payment flows.
• Identify user pain points through direct engagement with local users and merchants.
• Redesign and optimize merchant onboarding and integration experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in payments or fintech.
• Solid understanding of payment systems including flows, reconciliation, and merchant integration.
• Experience designing or owning end-to-end payment or card products.
• Strong product architecture thinking and ability to structure complex systems.
• Fluency in English is required.
