Strong engineering fundamentals and track record of shipping production systems
Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
Ability to think in systems: define specs, break down plans, verify quality
Experience with Postgres (or similar)
Experience with CI/CD (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins or similar)

Responsibilities

Lead development of major team-scoped projects
Participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products
Provide feedback and suggest solutions during product work
Mentor and provide guidance to other engineers
Propose and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end
