💼 About This Role

You'll join an AmLaw 100 firm handling complex product liability and tort litigation for pharmaceutical and medical device clients. You'll take responsibility for all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial preparation. This role offers a clear path for professional growth in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft motions and legal briefs for state court proceedings
• Manage discovery process including document review and depositions
• Prepare for hearings, trials, and arbitration
• Conduct legal research on product liability and tort issues

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of complex litigation experience
• Experience in product liability and torts
• Strong Pennsylvania state court experience
• Active PA bar membership or eligibility to waive in
