💼 About This Role

You'll join Allica Bank's Treasury team to develop and execute the funding plan for a fast-growing fintech. You'll analyze deposit markets and propose pricing changes to optimize funding structure. This role offers exposure to strategic balance sheet management at a bank serving established SMEs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor deposit market rates and propose pricing changes
• Prepare fortnightly funding updates for stakeholders
• Perform behavioral analysis on deposit book
• Maintain funding optimization tool within ERMAS

📋 Requirements

• Understanding of deposit markets
• Strong data analysis background
• Experience in regulated firm preferably retail deposit taking
• Attention to detail and hands-on approach

✨ Nice to Have

• Markets experience in corporate lending institution
• Knowledge of ALM systems
• Familiarity with stress testing
