🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage collections across delinquency buckets (0-30, 31-60+ DPD)
• Drive tele-collections strategies for soft buckets
• Lead field teams and ensure compliance and governance
• Analyze MIS data to improve collection performance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in collections management in financial services
• Proven experience in delinquency management across buckets
• Strong knowledge of RBI regulations and compliance
• Experience managing large teams and vendor agencies

• Experience with dialer systems and campaign management
• Background in retail lending products (personal, auto, etc.)
