Description

You will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects, acting as an executive sponsor to customer C-levels and driving technical strategy to support sales goals. Your work will involve designing architectures for enterprise modernization, fostering cross-functional alignment, and driving thought leadership.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience with track record managing Enterprise Architects at top consulting firm or software vendor
• Proven strategic thinking connecting technical solutions to business value
• Excellent communication skills, navigating complex negotiations with C-level executives
• Deep expertise in Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, Agentic AI
• Strong background in Data Architecture, SQL, Python, and cloud-native/SaaS architectures

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects
• Act as executive sponsor presenting strategic visions to C-level executives
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization using Agentic AI
• Serve as leadership bridge between product engineering and client teams
• Oversee assessment of IT landscape maturity and coach account teams
