💼 About This Role

You'll diagnose and treat patients with mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders at a community health center serving over 50,000 patients. You'll provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management as part of a whole-patient care approach. This on-call position requires one day per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform psychiatric evaluations and medication treatment for adults and children
• Review and approve clinical treatment plans per funder protocols
• Collaborate with behavioral health clinicians, case managers, and wellness staff
• Document all services using electronic health records system

📋 Requirements

• MD degree with completed residency and/or fellowship
• Valid DEA Certificate
• Current California medical license with no disciplinary actions
• Ability to work 1 day per week on-call

✨ Nice to Have

• Board certification in Adult, Adolescent, or Child Psychiatry
• Experience with Electronic Health Records
• Bilingual/bicultural in an Asian language
