Description

You will oversee the replication and operation of CEO's vocational model across multiple sites, including hiring and developing local program leadership, ensuring achievement of performance goals, adherence to budget, and compliance with contracts. You will collaborate with Social Enterprise leadership to support participants through transitional job training and workforce development, and work with program support teams on funding, learning, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years leadership and program management in mission-driven organization
• Proficient leading direct and indirect reports to meet performance goals
• Proficient using data to drive program strategy and decision making
• Proficient with Google Suite and Salesforce
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to vocational operations at multiple sites
• Ensure implementation of CEO vocational model with fidelity
• Set and achieve impactful annual goals for vocational programming
• Oversee local management of site budgets including SNAP and performance-based outcomes
• Cultivate a culture of performance management and accountability
