As Director of Product - Ecosystem, you will define and execute the product vision for the commercetools ecosystem, driving innovation in developer and partner experiences. You'll lead strategy for high-value areas like AI and agentic integrations, working cross-functionally to reduce time to value and ensure best-in-class developer enablement. Your leadership directly impacts the company's ability to deliver scalable, extensible solutions.

Requirements

• Skilled in world-class system integration, marketplaces, or developer ecosystems
• Experienced in building and leading high-performing product teams
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and align stakeholders
• Deep understanding of developer experience, API-first, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
• AI Aptitude with genuine curiosity for using AI tools

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision for commercetools ecosystem aligned with company goals
• Drive development of cutting-edge tools for integrations, extensibility, and developer productivity including GenAI and AI Agents
• Work closely with VPs of Engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success for seamless execution
• Ensure best-in-class developer experience by simplifying integration, improving extensibility, and enhancing API usability
• Maintain partner and customer trust, minimize time to live/value while balancing customer satisfaction
