You'll rotate through critical dispensary functions to gain subject matter expertise and fast-track your growth. You'll support operations, experience, and people management at a RISE Dispensary. This role is a developmental step to becoming Assistant General Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise daily dispensary operations and compliance
• Monitor inventory levels and oversee deliveries
• Lead team to deliver positive customer experiences
• Participate in Leader On Duty shifts

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail experience
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass background checks

• Cannabis experience preferred
• Inventory control experience preferred
