You'll own the relationship with a portfolio of Wunderflats Plus landlords, driving customer satisfaction and maximizing landlord success in our end-to-end management rentals program. This role is pivotal to our continued growth and market leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords from onboarding through lifecycle.
• Monitor occupancy across portfolio, achieving 95%+ occupancy.
• Manage booking and contract signature process, consulting landlords.
• Coordinate operational tasks like maintenance orders and deposit calculations.

📋 Requirements

• Excellent communication in English and German.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations or partner management.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask.
