Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Health and Benefits
- Knowledge of a Benefits Administration system
- Exceptional organization and client service skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients and consulting team to provide day-to-day service
- Maintain central document filing system and perform annual audits
- Update Benefit Point agency management system with plan changes and issue documentation
- Answer client questions on benefit coverage, plan structure, rates, claims, and billing
- Manage interactions with carriers for claim resolution and plan administration
