Description

You will support public entity clients and brokers with member issues, claims inquiries, and resolution. You'll manage enrollment, eligibility, and billing tasks, and serve as a key daily contact for benefit topics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Health and Benefits
  • Knowledge of a Benefits Administration system
  • Exceptional organization and client service skills
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients and consulting team to provide day-to-day service
  • Maintain central document filing system and perform annual audits
  • Update Benefit Point agency management system with plan changes and issue documentation
  • Answer client questions on benefit coverage, plan structure, rates, claims, and billing
  • Manage interactions with carriers for claim resolution and plan administration
