💼 About This Role

You'll provide hands-on field support and remote help desk for Navy Region Southwest, ensuring operational readiness of Avaya telephony and A/V systems. You'll troubleshoot complex issues and support executive events.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and troubleshoot Avaya Communication Manager (CM10) environment
• Install and support A/V equipment in conference rooms
• Provide on-site and remote Tier 1/2 end-user support
• Document work in ticketing system and knowledge base

📋 Requirements

• Secret clearance or higher
• 4+ years DoD IT support experience
• Security+ or equivalent IAT II certification
• 3-5 years experience with Avaya CM and A/V systems

✨ Nice to Have

• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification
• Avaya ACIS or ACSS certification
• CTS certification or ITIL familiarity
