You'll join a primary care team seeing patients with a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, with occasional telehealth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well visits
• Perform in-office procedures and telehealth visits
• Collaborate via daily huddles and with virtual teams
• Obtain state licensure for virtual primary care

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of primary care experience
• Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, or DC
• Completed an accredited FNP program
• National certification as FNP
