💼 About This Role

You'll be an essential part of turning raw cannabis flower into medicated products, producing, packaging, and handling inventory. Your core impact is delivering on production goals while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll work with state compliance systems and quality control protocols to maintain high standards.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Produce product per recipes and SOPs, maintaining high quality standards
• Package product into proper containers with accurate labeling for compliance
• Electronically convert packaged products in state traceability system
• Maintain a clean and organized assigned work area at end of shift

📋 Requirements

• High School Education or GED graduate
• 1-2 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, or warehousing preferred
• Must be able to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
• Must be approved by the Cannabis Compliance Board to receive an Agent Card
