You'll create detailed 3D CAD models for net-zero carbon housing using mechanical parametric CAD systems. You'll collaborate with architects and engineers to transform conceptual designs into high-fidelity models for our digital factory. This role offers the chance to disrupt assembly line manufacturing in the housing industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create detailed 3D CAD models using parametric CAD systems.
• Organize and maintain CAD files, models, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external CAD modelers for clash detection.
• Review models for accuracy and compliance with standards.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a CAD Modeler.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Proficiency in CATIA, Onshape, or Solidworks.
• Ability to quickly learn CAD software plugins.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and Revit.
• Background in the construction industry.
• Experience with scripting in CAD systems.
