💼 About This Role

You'll perform full automotive repairs and diagnostics on all makes and models at Carvana's high-tech Inspection Centers. Your core impact is ensuring low-mileage, late-model cars are in first-rate condition for customers. This role offers 100% company-paid healthcare and tuition reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models
• Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues
• Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems
• Diagnose and repair electric and hybrid vehicles

📋 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs

• ASE certification
• Experience with electric and hybrid vehicles
• Previous dealership or fleet experience
