💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the teams behind Affirm's Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement domains. Your work will define the multi-year product strategy for foundational loan systems and global money movement infrastructure. This role is for a seasoned product leader who thrives at the intersection of financial systems and platform engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing PM team of 6-10, including people managers
• Own vision and strategy for Loans Lifecycle and Money Movement
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Accounting, Treasury, and more
• Enable platform scalability and international expansion

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience
• Deep experience in loans or lending systems and loan lifecycle mechanics
• Meaningful experience in money movement or payments infrastructure
• Strong technical fluency in data models and API discussions

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BNPL or platform products
• Capital markets background
• Proficiency with AI-assisted tools like Claude or Cursor
