💼 About This Role

You'll oversee day-to-day operations of the technician team, managing preventative maintenance and repairs on heavy vehicle haulers and trailers. You'll play a key role in keeping our fleet in top condition to deliver happiness to customers. This role offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus and 100% company-paid healthcare premiums.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned technician team
• Manage invoices for repairs completed by third-party vendors
• Diagnose and perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
• Weld or fabricate broken parts using torches and plasma cutters

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in Heavy Class 8 Mechanical Industry or similar
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have your own tools to complete daily tasks
• Ability to carry and transport up to 60 pounds

• ASE Certification (obtain within 6 months, company-sponsored)
