💼 About This Role

You'll join a skilled team supporting Verkada's cloud-managed building security products, providing full-stack troubleshooting of network, hardware, software, and electrical issues. You'll own customer issues from creation to resolution and collaborate with Engineering and Product teams. This role requires on-site presence 5 days per week in Sydney.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and electrical issues
• Provide design, installation, and configuration expertise to enterprise customers
• Own customer issues from creation to resolution
• Write technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Technical Support Engineering or IT role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related technical discipline
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals: HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT, DHCP, 802.11, firewalls, Ethernet/Cabling, PoE

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with electrical, Linux, APIs, Python or other coding languages
• Industry certifications: CCNP, CCNA, CCENT, etc.
