You'll own the Core group's product strategy at Gearset, weaving capabilities into a cohesive user experience. Your impact includes driving commercial success and shaping how AI rethinks workflows. This role offers direct VP Product access and a strong problem space to sharpen.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose the problem space and build a clear product strategy.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of product managers.
• Own commercial success including positioning and route to market.
• Drive adoption and activation with Sales and Customer Success.

📋 Requirements

• Group Product Manager or equivalent for 2+ years.
• Proven track record of navigating ambiguity across multiple product areas.
• Deep strategy diagnosis to define crisp strategy and trade-offs.
• Experience working hand-in-hand with sales and customer success.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Background in sales, customer success, or product marketing.
• Some software engineering experience.
