Description

You will work as a teaching apprentice in a partner school, co-teaching and supporting instruction while pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching and certification. This program blends hands-on classroom experience with graduate coursework and mentorship to prepare you for a full-time teaching role.

• Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA
• Passionate about educational equity and student success
• Eager to learn and develop as an educator
• Committed to working in public education long-term
• Open to enrolling in a partner MAT program

Responsibilities

• Co-teach and support instruction in a partner school classroom
• Plan and implement lessons and small group instruction
• Participate in regular observations and feedback sessions
• Complete graduate coursework aligned with certification pathway
• Engage with students through tutoring, transitions, and after-school activities
