💼 About This Role

You'll lead partnership development for Stargate, a leading liquidity infrastructure protocol powering cross-chain volume. You'll drive adoption of Stargate's products with top crypto protocols and fintech platforms. This role is key to expanding the partner ecosystem and managing integration projects from ideation to execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft compelling partnership proposals aligned with business strategies
• Drive adoption of Stargate's products with fintech platforms and crypto protocols
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with crypto protocols, exchanges, and DeFi projects
• Guide integration projects from ideation to execution across technical teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in partnership development in fintech, crypto, or DeFi
• Proven track record of driving partnerships with financial institutions or crypto protocols
• Strong understanding of decentralized finance and blockchain technology
• Ability to manage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
