🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and document post-production workflows and best practices
• Mentor junior editors and motion designers with creative feedback
• Edit high-impact video content for social media and campaigns
• Design and animate 2D elements and motion graphics

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional editing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience building post-production workflows
