• Guide engineering collaboration from functional toward cross-functional efficiency
• Co-create technical vision roadmap balancing tech debt and features
• Lead adoption of AI-native development practices and tooling
• Act as strategic partner to CEO and Product leadership

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record leading SaaS engineering teams in high-scale production
• Technical credibility across modern stacks (PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, cloud)
• Product-first mindset prioritizing customer value over technical elegance
• AI fluency with forward-thinking approach to LLMs and AI agents
