You'll lead a veterinary nursing team in an open-concept ER hospital, transforming the emergency experience for pets, people, and your team. You'll build a culture of empowerment and growth, bridging process and purpose to ensure exceptional patient care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day flow for nursing team, ensuring they have tools and support
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding
• Address patient care issues and team dynamics with empathy and clarity
• Champion a culture of learning with in-house training and mentorship

📋 Requirements

• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT) in the state
• 5+ years in a clinical veterinary nursing role
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

✨ Nice to Have

• A.S. or B.S. from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program
• Emergency-specific experience
