🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor KPIs like ARRPU, CAC, ROAS, ROI
• Scale ad channels and launch new sources

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of Meta Ads experience
• Data-driven decision-making with analytical skills
• Experience with $100k+/month budgets

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok Ads, AppLovin, Mintegral
• Familiarity with AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, Airtable
• B2 English proficiency
