Description

You will join a 12-month graduate program in Madrid, then relocate to Tokyo to work as a trusted advisor to Japanese customers, leveraging Celonis' Process Intelligence and AI capabilities to solve critical business problems and drive value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Mathematics, or related field
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Passion for technology, data, and AI
• Curious, self-motivated, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work as part of Global VE CoE to support Japan Value Engineering team on customer engagements
• Collaborate with customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis Process Intelligence can help achieve business objectives and AI strategy
• Execute proof projects showcasing value of Celonis Process Intelligence, frame quantitative business value, and deliver presentations to senior executives
• Prototype and develop AI solutions including traditional ML, LLMs, and orchestration technology
• Build strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor through technical expertise and business acumen
