Description

You will work with strategic customers to solve business-critical problems using Celonis' Process Intelligence platform and AI/ML partners like Microsoft, OpenAI, and Databricks. You'll prototype solutions, demonstrate value to executives, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Requirements

• 3-5 years leading technical pre-sales with AI roadmaps and prototyping
• Understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration
• Understanding of business processes across sectors (Supply Chain, Finance)
• Good knowledge of Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Strong presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders including executives

Responsibilities

• Understand customer AI strategy and translate requirements into innovative solutions
• Rapidly build creative prototypes using cutting-edge AI in customer hackathons
• Support customers in achieving ROI from AI deployments with autonomous agents
• End-to-end execution of Proof-of-Value projects, including secure LLM/agent systems
• Ensure projects meet agreed value adoption thresholds
