You'll oversee financial operations at a profitable, remote-first company, managing the Finance team and building sophisticated financial models for internal and external stakeholders. Your work drives strategic decisions and complex deal structuring.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create external financial narratives for stakeholders
• Own FP&A and maintain detailed financial models
• Support Deal Desk for complex enterprise deals
• Drive forecasting and planning automation

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in investment banking
• 4+ years at growth-stage startups, ideally FinTech
• $100MM+ transaction involvement (investment or acquisition)
• Deal structuring experience in B2B context

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Runway for FP&A
• Low ego, high impact mindset
