💼 About This Role

You'll own fulfillment unit economics and drive financial strategy for Faire's emerging logistics investments, partnering with Product, GTM, and Operations. Your work will shape how we scale fulfillment from zero to one, improving service while de-risking financial outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain fulfillment unit economics and scenario models
• Lead financial analysis for 3PL and carrier contract negotiations
• Analyze how fulfillment costs intersect with brand and retailer behavior
• Deliver decision-ready narratives to leadership and cross-functional partners

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in strategic finance, PE, VC, IB, or consulting
• Strong modeling skills to build and stress-test financial models
• Analytical rigor to decompose problems and diagnose root causes
• Excellent communication for structured storytelling with executives
